Inside Account Manager-Stouffville

* Young professional with degree in business
* 3-4 years experience, preferably in a inside sales role
* Very experienced in helping clients minimize their pain
* Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems, especially accounting software
* Willingness to help our customers to improve and excel
* Eager to learn and grow
* Self starter and able to work independently
* Can work with Excel and Word for proposal creation
* Must be familiar with CRM systems and must maintain CRM system
* Quotation preparation
* Strong communicator
* Language: English (fluent). French would be an asset
* Experience with knowledge transfer and training people
* Hands-on /pro-active;
* Flexible; result driven; accurate;
* Enthusiastic;
* Ability to work across functions;
* Must be willing to use our CRM and update it as work is being performed not at a later time;
* Willingness to travel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Sales - Identify with the client organization and understand client business goals and important processes. While this position is mainly for a sales position, channel opportunities may develop and this is a possible addition to the position. Willingness to work with other partners is an advantage.  Continuous Learning and Development - Keep up to date on relevant software changes and enhancements. - Assist in the ongoing development of new products and the enhancement of existing products as requested, flexible working hours.
