Inside Sales & Spare Parts Manager

INSIDES SALES & SPARE PARTS MANAGER Newmarket area

Responsibilities: Substantially increase sales and Customer satisfaction as the main point of contact for incoming sales inquiries; implement a plan to double our spare parts business in 1 year; provide accurate quotes; process spare part orders and warranty replacements; learn and understand our products and industry.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills; strong working knowledge of database systems and Excel; experience with estimating, part numbers and purchasing; general understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (i.e. motors; sprockets; chain; pneumatics; sensors; etc.).
