Cook – Full Time

Local family restaurant, under new ownership, is in need of an experienced cook.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years experience
• Driven to deliver the best experience for our guests, this includes being thoughtful and having an impeccable attention to detail.
• Passionate about food and provide professional and relentless focus on providing guests with the highest of quality
• Ability to excel under pressure, and guide, delegate and encourage kitchen staff, be a team leader
• Knowledge and understanding of all Health and Safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food preparation and storage
• Must be flexible and available to work a varied schedule which will include evenings and weekends
