Your core focus will be working to develop new accounts and increase sales with clients and to identify and provide technology solutions including but not limited to Managed Services delivery, VoIP and customized software development.  Focusing on developing new business through leads, referrals, direct calls and prospecting, this position will require you to create opportunities and close sales to a targeted professional market.

Sales Expectations:  Developing new business, lead generation, referrals, direct calls and prospecting, new marketing initiatives, business sales, developing strategy, effective client presentations, strong negotiation skills, consultative selling style, making contacts, setting appointments, interfacing with architects, developers, infrastructure and leadership. Contributing to development of sales strategy, sales targets, working with prospective clients, managing client expectations for delivery timeframes, development of new solutions and ideas, travelling to prospective or current client locations, following up, closing sales, attend shows, industry training, optimizing existing initiatives as well as creating new ones,


Skill set:  Delivering world class user experiences, strong technical background, ensuring components of all service orders or proposals, ensuring sales and other process is effectively followed on all sales, developing, communicating & documenting proposed solutions, documenting and reviewing service orders, ensuring appropriate transitions, taking prospects from initial stages to close, deal size ranging between 15K-250K+, effectively use CRM system, fluency in English verbal & written.

Desired Skills & Experience:  Strong computer skills, experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics, literate in social media tools, solid working knowledge and or hands on experience with MSP, VoIP, Virtualization, SLAs, etc…, strong sales experience in I>T. arena, outstanding follow up skills, detail oriented, excellent social skills, highly presentable and articulate, proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota.

Position Knowledge and Skills:  Specialized knowledge and or skills required for position, technology architecture background in networking technologies such as VoIP, SLAs, business process flow etc., networking and other technical certifications, proficient in related technologies, Windows, Linux, WAN, De-duplication, DR, telephony, etc.,

Position Experience/ Education: Specialized knowledge and or skills required,  in addition to 7-10 years of industry experience, sales, implementing networking, server, storage and virtualization
