You are highly skilled technical engineer with the drive & determination who will be able to work with our team to provide world class support to our clients. We are looking for an engineer with a proven track record who is responsible, disciplined and focused, is driven to succeed, is not afraid to take initiative, and is able to think outside the box.
Exceptional customer service skills, highly motivated, energetic and willing to learn new technologies and business processes, effective use of provided resources, amazing customer service, dedication, persistence and follow up. Team members handle deploying technology solutions, maintaining and monitoring ongoing network management through our monitoring and management platform. Daily, required to analyze user problems and work within a structured problem management and resolution process to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license is a plus, strong English communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for teamwork, willingness to continue training and education, organized, detailed orientated, dependable and flexible, a bonus if you have experience with telecommunications and or project management.
