Customer Service Specialist/Pro Shop Attendant

Local Golf Club is seeking a seasoned customer service specialist who is ambitious and enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide first class customer service to members and guests
• Handle all sales transactions including product order replacement and returns
• Merchandising and sales of golf apparel, equipment and other golf related products
• Assist with inventory management
• Booking of tee times and handling all members and guest inquires/requests

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience working within a retail environment, with inventory management and merchandising experience
• Knowledge of golf, the game and equipment will be considered an asset
• A proven passion for customer service and sales
• Positive and professional attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills with experience in MS Office
