Job Title: Warehouse Helper
Reports To:  Warehouse Supervisor
Job class: Permanent full time

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operation
• Certified to operate a forklift is an asset
• Good knowledge of Windows Office
• Fluency in English
• Able to move products as heavy as 50 pounds from time to time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Day to day:     

• Prepare & coordinate all documents regarding item movements in and out of the warehouse
• Operate forklift as & when required
• Communicate with customers and other departments.  Help to issue materials to Production and customers as & when required
• Help to receive materials from suppliers and production as & when required
• Perform cycle count
• Others as required

2. Month end:

• Perform inventory count
• Prepare inventory reports based on actual quantities
• Investigate variances
