Cooks Cooks Cooks

Local resort has openings for full time cooking positions.  Experienced working within a fast paced professional kitchen will be considered an asset.

Requirements;

• Prepare and cook complete meals and/or individual dishes and foods
• Able to adapt to customers individual dietary restrictions or suggestions
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Assist and set up of buffet tables
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with and conform to all public Health and Safety regulations regarding food preparation and cleaning requirements
• Must be able to work all shifts including; weekdays and nights, weekends, stat holidays and split shifts
