Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated sales person with a strong understanding of tech to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience working in IT/web sales and is motivated to build relationships while closing deals. Over two years of related experience is ideal, but new graduates with the required skills will be considered.

Our company is located in Gormley, Ontario (just north of Markham) and you will need your own transportation to our office as public transit is currently not available. 

Major Responsibilities:

Your regular work will include lead generation, online webinars and presentations, email marketing and social media support. Tasks in your role include:

  • Answer incoming sales related calls
  • Produce detailed prospects lists 
  • Generate leads through outbound qualifying (B2B)
  • Develop and process email marketing campaigns and introductory emails 
  • Build rapport with prospective and existing clients following a robust follow up process
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients 
  • Update client information in CRM software 
  • Assist in follow ups and deadlines for RFPs
  • Utilize social media to maintain the company's online presence
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently with high quality results 

Qualifications:

  • Driven, self-motivated and organized individual
  • Confident on the phone and cold calling
  • Required education: high school diploma. Post secondary education preferred. 
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English, French is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and social media tools
  • Able to maintain CRM database and generate reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely comfortable using web/mobile technologies
  • Ability to learn new software and web/mobile tools quickly
