Weekly lawn cutting and garden bed maintenance of approximately 60 homes in the York Region area. Monday to Friday 45+ hours a week (must be available weekends to complete maintenance route, if it was not completed due to weather conditions etc).
Required knowledge: Use and maintenance requirements of all lawn care equipment, basic knowledge of turf insects, weeds, disease and fertility requirements, common trees plants and shrubs (pruning and general maintenance requirements), vehicle (truck & trailer) maintenance requirements. Must have clean driving record and MUST HAVE REFERENCES from previous employers. Salary will be based on experience (up to 45K per year), must be able to arrive at our shop in Zyphyr by 7:00am, winter work is available to the right candidate.
