Order Desk Staff

A Richmond Hill based roofing supply company is looking for a full time order desk administrator for their supply warehouse:

  • Professional customer service, greeting all walk in clients, present a great first impression
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a warm demeanor and a willingness to learn the industry
  • Responsible for accepting calls, taking orders and doing basic invoicing
  • Excellent organizational and time management, able to juggle several responsibilities at once
  • Those applicants with customer service and/or office experience will be considered an asset
  • Hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm M-F, occasionally Saturdays 7:30am – 12 may be required
